"Especially Wash Rooms are very dirty and no lock for wash room door and Hanger for towel. And no vacuum’s for corpet. Overall it’s very uncomfortable to stay at IHG Airport. And Rate is very high. Only one good thing is there is free shuttle for Airport pickups and drops"

"Checkin was fine however my personal door used the same code as the front door. The room was filthy with dead cockroaches in the sink, toilet, shower, and about 5 living cockroaches immediately visible in the room. The hallway outside was also filthy with cracked and broken tiles and poor lighting. ..."

"Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, ..."
