"The hotel is safe and a little bit clean, it could be better. I was lodged in the 5th floor room 533, the light kept going off every 5mins, so so bad, for the period of time I was in the room, the light went off 7 times . Their food quality is so so bad, its need more improvement. From cleanliness point of view, they could do a little better in their dusting and vacuuming. Try to wash your carpet from stain."

"Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. "

"Fisrt problem with this hotel is that on the web they state they have an airport shuttle. They do not and when you call they tell you to get a cab. If you have ever been to Nigeria every cab is a scammer, even Uber drivers will show up and start trying to get you to pay more and if you dont they leave. Then the room was nothing like the pictures, maybe 20 years ago but the hotel was run down, the lick on the door was busted off, the bathroom was a disaster and the staff just did not care."

"Upon arrival staff were very friendly, curtious. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was actually very good… unfortunately I didn’t go out to shops but my husband did and he was on foot, so they must have been close by. All in all when I return to Nigeria I would book the same hotel. Pool area was really nice and well kept also. Staff always went above and beyond. "
