Communication was great with hosts. Often when you book online it often doesn't live up to expectations but in this case it surpassed all our expectations. It was perfectly clean and had everything you needed. But looked and felt soulless and like something out of the 1970s decor wise. "We were expecting a boutique hotel. Rather individual rooms located in a courtyard. Pretty, but isolating as main contact was by phone and messaging. Rooms were clean and well kept. Not a accommodation suited for us."

"What a fabulous hotel. Clean, huge room, great facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and in a safe area - not that I saw anywhere in Turin that was unsafe. Less than 5 mins from the train station that goes direct to the airport or Porta Susa station in the city centre. 10 mins from an Aldi supermarket if you need anything. When I come back to Turin, this is the only place I will want to stay. "
