"The Baymont in Grand Haven was not as advertised. It felt more like an older motel than a hotel. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, the room was missing toilet paper, and the TV barely worked because of lines on the screen and needd to be replace.It was always "something ".The free breakfast ..."

"Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect. Housekeeping needs some work. The 1st room had dog feces in the bathroom when we checked in. So, they moved us.
