Thoughts on my stay

This hotel was one of the Ed I’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The rooms were very clean. Just took a little long for hot water but that’s okay

Do not stay here

This establishment has poor upper management and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The quality of the hotel is not worth the price. The headache and anxiety is not worth it either. Pick another place

Save yourself the headache!!!

Horrible staff!!! The woman at the check in is a total witch!! She was rude, not helpful. They do not have an elevator or a bellman to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staircase is marble and doesn’t have a rail, not safe when carrying luggage. The location is good but that’s about it. Oh, they did have a lifeguard at the pool (which was empty). Not worth the money at all.

The staff are great and very helpful the pool and breakfast were terrific. The only bad thing I could say is the room was not ready needed to be cleaned again I won’t say what was found behind the couch and near it but it was disgusting and definitely not cleaned. The bath had broken handle and lots of patch work that need to be done and paint to clean up. If not for the room issue I would recommend a higher experience but Staff are awesome and tired to fix it.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING

Positives: - The rooms were basic but fine. Could have been cleaner but beds were comfortable. - The staff were very nice. - Breakfast was included - simple but good. - Airport transfers included - timely & organised. - Right next to a great restaurant, Compass. Negatives: - ONLY 6 SUNBEDS!! Not enough for the amount of people. - No sunbed cushions - incredibly uncomfortable - bad back all week. - No shade whatsoever. Would be solved if hotel purchased some parasols. - Building work took place out of hours - very frustrating when they are working on the apartment above yours! Woken up multiple times. - No full length mirror in the bedrooms. - The hotel is "walkable" to the town. Though distance is not an issue - it is close - but the walk is not practical, particularly at night. It is along a cliff face with a 1ft wall, no path and it is very windy. This would absolutely not be suitable for children. At night time, the route was badly lit so we succumbed to waiting at the taxi rank in town. The cars would swing round the corners so it did not feel safe at all. Mykonos has a taxi problem - you can only get them by waiting at the rank in town which can take up to 45 mins. If you want a taxi from the hotel, you need to book an extortionate private driver (3 mins in a cab to town costs €30!!). Bear in mind before booking! Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and it was cheaper than others but I would spend more and stay somewhere else if I was booking again.

The room was wonderful, we had a great view of the water and watched the sunset every night. The prices for mini bar were very high, and we ended up going to the minimart down the street to stock up on water and basic snack foods. The pool was freezing, all we did was jump in to cool off and then we had to get out. We are from Canada and I’m telling you it was cold! So that was disappointing because we had hoped to have a few pool days and soak up the sun while we were here. But otherwise it was a Greta place, very clean rooms and the staff were lovely to deal with.

Rent a car in Mykonos

Mykonos has taxi service problem. Young lady at reception helped to rent a car. Also reception girls provided me transfer shuttle service to and from port free of charge. Staff are very young but they act kind and professional. Room that we had, had an awesome sea view, it was a bit smaller than we expected. To many stairs to reach to the room, especially when coming back tired at evening. Elevators don’t serve all rooms. Breakfast is continental and complete enough. 15 mins walk to Mykonos town, but not very easy. There is no walkway on the road and it is usually extremely windy. So it is not suitable for children. At all we had a nice stay at this hotel.

Perfect place. If you have a car

The facility was great as was the service. Really excellent place. But 1 the sign outside blends in with stone and is hard to see. I passed it twice even while walking with my phone and mapping app out. And 2 it would have been much better with a car etc. bus service north of old town is not good and the street is is atop a bluff with no shoulder and only low 0.5 m (1 ft) in places wall. Not great walk on windy day and less so on dark night. Close to ferry dock but there is often in day sea bus between dock and old port town

Relax e comodità a pochi passi dal centro.

L’hotel rimane solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, è molto rilassante e il personale è molto gentile, l’ubica cosa per me da migliorare e la colazione in quanto dovrebbe essere più assortita. In generale è un hotel che consiglio. Ho scelto la Junior suite che ha una vista mare da mozzafiato!
