The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. Although I did not take a pet, I did notice a jar of dog treats that made it clear pets were welcome. My room was clean generous, with a view of the lake, and tea, biscuits and cartons of water replenished daily. Breakfast was varied with fun touches, and the staff really were great.
