The major drawback is that rooms close to the beach suffer from noise from the beach including loud music and crowds talking loudly until 2:30 am every night. Try to book a room away from the beach. In the middle of 2 busy beaches
Nice place in between mae haad pier & sairee beach. Room was excellent with sea view and next to the pool. Reception staff not so helpful in my experience(fishing rod!)

The place said no hot water and they still had hot water. Good service and perfect location. Would definitely recommend and the price is amazing.
