"Staff was really helpful about ferry schedule to nearby Islands and bus schedule to nearby beaches. They made a lot of helpful suggestions and everything was very smooth. They were probably the most helpful hotel staff we experienced in Japan, and we enjoyed talking with them. We tried the breakfast in the cafe one day and it was good. Would absolutely stay there again."

"airconditioning was weak at best. no toothbrush, and toilet smelled funny and was only a couple inches apart from the wall so hard to use. otherwise pretty standard clean and business hotel size"
