"The rooms open to the outside.
The pillows are hard and lumpy.
The wall AC is not consistent (pro tip... turn the fan on so it's always on.. not ideal but better than temp swings and noise in the night turning on and off).
Shower curtain had rips in it and didn't cover the full length of the tub.
Positive: it's a fairly good location.
Spend just a little bit more and stay in a better place. This was a mistake for us."

"Another great stay at Home 2 Suites. This one is the best yet (brand new, just open a month ago - as of Mid June 2026). The room (2 Queen and 1 sofa bed) was spacious, super clean, and pillows were soft and fluffy. Rachel who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. Would certainly stay there again."

"I really enjoyed my stay. Raja and Darwin at the front desk very super helpful and professional. Restaurant staff was very nice and attentive as well and the food was actually pretty good. I wouldn’t mind staying there again just hope that the property will be renovated as it’s very outdated. My room was HUGE and I did enjoy how peaceful and quiet it was as I was able to complete school work and sleep without issues."

"Cute Inn with a great location. Walkable to downtown with close restaurant options. Beds were very comfortable, rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast changed daily and was always a delight. Hot tub and outside seated areas great for a glass of wine in the evening. Staff very nice. We’ve stayed here a few times and have loved it each time."

"Very clean, modern and spacious property with ample storage for your belongings in the room and many amenities on site including pool, gym, lounge with bowling and billiards, wine cave, grocery store, and two upscale restaurants. The location was super convenient for the music festival we were attending. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was great! We never had to ask for washcloths or towels which is not the case at many other hotels. I would definitely return for another stay!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Napa Valley (HNV)! My room and the property overall were so clean, quaint and cute and the homemade cookies and fruit-infused water were treats each day of my stay. The breakfast was delicious and made with love and some of the freshest ingredients Napa had to offer.
All-in-all, HNV gets a 10/10 from me. I'm looking forward to experiencing the vintage charm with modern amenities at HNV when I return to the area!"
