A great and vibrant city. Nice people but no street lights so has a foboding feel at night. Fantastic pizza.

I had wanted to experience Naples for a long time, and to use the city as a base for Pompei, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Sorrento, etc..... the city itself is an intense experience dirty, noisy and chaotic, definitely not for the timid or feint hearted.
Naples is a very nice city to visit. Full of hidden surprises and a place where you will never go hungry!
The special exhibition son et lumiere at Capodimonte was exquisite - unforgettable.
The city is very nice But there is much much trash and waste on the street
It is well worth buying a transport card . The funiculars are fun too ! If you want to visit the National Library, take ID with you. If visiting before end of March 2020 don't miss the temporary `100 Wolves' sculptures in Piazza Municipio.
