"Love the Langham, very convenient with great views of the city. Rooms are looking a bit tired and need a revamp though. The Melba restaurant is great. Our welcome was pretty under whelming though. Could not really hear or understand them, no upgrade was offered even though it was very quiet."

"The hotel was in a really good central location and the staff were absolutely exceptional. They were extremely polite and helpful, stored my expensive equipment in a safe room away from general luggage during the day and were happy for me to work from their lobby for a few hours in the afternoon. ..."
