"I like you veything . I have lots of difficultés in comuniation and I arrive to the wrong place and no way to get I. Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. "The staff was very helpful and friendly with any questions. Very awesome traditional Japanese style, would highly recommend. Will stay here when I revisit."

"This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. "Great location especially for the price."

"Amazingly clean, quiet, and private. Better than any hostel, cheaper than any hotel—and worlds away from the comic book stores for about the same price. Could have here all month. Will definitely make a point to return to Face to Face when we circle back."
