"Terrible, ustedes en su pagina me mostraron una información totalmente falsa y errónea a lo que en el hotel me ofrecieron, me pusieron en una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con la descripción que salía en la página, lo único que me supieron responder es que ustedes “hoteles.com” están dando información falsa. Ni aire acondicionado ni nada de lo dicho en la descripción a la hora de hacer la reserva. "

"L'hôtel est bien placé dans le coeur de Villavieja pour un depart pour Tatacoa... La abuela fut très gentille avec nous, très attentionnée. La chambre était propre mais l'absence d'eau chaude ou même tiède était rude... la piscine est un petit plus agréable. "
