"Quiet hotel with spacious/clean rooms, easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of parks, restaurants and super markets. However, two small bottles of water in the refrigerator were complimentary ONLY for elite members and this *for me* reflects poor customer care. Next time, I will avoid Hyatt if they don't change this myopic policy..."

"Hot tub was out of order, bandaid on bottom of pool, had to call for fix for tv, shower pressure awful and leaking, curtain slider off track, room service overpriced and food over bland. Very disappointed but front desk was only covered for elite members, too long a line with a tight schedule
