Overall the hotel and staff were very nice and polite. The only problem we had was at the breakfast on the second morning Soft poached eggs were ordered but after waiting for 15 minutes and reminding staff, they came out like bullets! The rest of the food was quite cold as well

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort
Lovely decor in reception and communal areas. Room was just what we needed. Spacious for a family of 4 sharing. Pool facilities were great. Breakfast was good quality, plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and professional.

The Lincoln Hotel
The hotel is looking very tired. We had a standard double room, all that was left when we booked. Perhaps other rooms are better. Our room was small, hot and very dimly lit.
