The bar is a nice place to wind down for the night, watch a game, play pool or get your morning lattee. I had my tours pre-planned but...

"Disappointed, thought I was being upgraded, in fact was downgraded to a room with no ocean view. I did get a $200 credit, would have preferred the ocean view. Once unpacked couldn't be bothered complaining to move back to original room."
