There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. The pool was closed because of lack of staffing. Pool hours are not great. Hottub was visibly dirty. Breakfast not included. Not worth the price.
