"We stayed in rooms 120 and 121, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms is not up to the standard we would expect. There is hair on the floors and visible fecal staining in the toilets, indicating that the bathrooms were not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Really disappointing and not the level ..."
