There's a lot of damage, both in the hallways and even worse in the room. The room was poorly cleaned. There were several sticky patches on different surfaces. The floor showed signs of wear.

Beautiful hotel and the view was spectacular. Interior finishes were a little dated and showed their age. My only complaint was the bath towels were old and one of them was torn. A higher end hotel should do better.
