"Receptionnya tidak mesra pelanggan. Macam nak tak nak layan.. Parking mudah. Tq"

"Staff was helpful and location was good (near airport), but that was about it. Room was oretty scuffed, there was no wifi nor shampoo/soap for the bathroom. Would not stay again."

"This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying...

"Check in instructions not clear. Car was clamped after being told to park anywhere. Shower only had cold water. Price was okay."

"Book a room stated with yard. Upon arriving there is no yard. No microwave. And also blood stain on bedsheet and towel"

"There is no proper instructions sent before arrival after arrival we hard to manage to contact owner for checkin process which takes 1 hour and on my 2nd day of stay there is no electricity from 3:30 am to 9;30am"

"Whatsapp operator is unkind, speak by template. Some guests houses in their service have concierges who play with mobile loudly or broadcast in their TikTok al the time. There is 0% flexibility after you book. "

"Excellent emplacement à proximite de Jonker Walk et de toutes les commodités. La personne de l'hôtel presente durant la totalité de notre séjour était très aimable, réactive et cherchait aussi à satisfaire au mieux."

"My family and I were here exactly same period in 2019. In 2025 I chose back the same place. The deco, cleanliness and warm friendly staff - really enhance the experience! Thank you for the hospitality! No doubt if I am back, Obama House will denitely be my go-to accommodation! To also add on, when I checked in the evening, it was pouring. The warm friendly staff stayed after their hours to guide us on the parking"

"Very bad condition, smelly and dirty"
