"Grundsätzlich ganz OK, alles neu. Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Aber ohne Rezeption, dass heißt ohne Internet und App kommt keiner auf sein Zimmer. Da Schweiz nicht in der EU ist, sollte man unbedingt Internet dazu kaufen.."

"The location was good - 10 minutes walk from the station and convenient for local buses and close to the centre so local restaurants etc were close. The hotel provided a Ticino ticket for us to use for free travel on local buses and trains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on reception ..."
