"The rooms are clean enough and well maintained. The beds are the size they say they are. But although the bathrooms are well maintained, they are difficult to use. They are small, with no place to put your own toiletries. The shower head is weak, and having to climb into a 1950s bath tub is annoying. Especially for older folks. Who still uses a tub in a hotel? Walk in showers is where it's at."

"Proximity to Terminal 2 was excellent. Driving to The Hotel, there were no signs to the Hotel on the Round About prior to the final one where the Hotel can be seen to the right. I was later told by the Holiday Inn that this is the Round about I should have turned off of. Why No Sign!! I later discovered that the road I was on was the was to the Drop Off point. And despite not stopping and a difference between entering and leaving that zone being 1 Minute 3 Seconds I received a Bill for £5.70 due...

"I have to say I was so very impressed with the service at this particular hotel. From beginning to end the people who work here are polite and extremely willing to help in any way possible. Being a solo traveler, it is comforting to have people looking out for you - and absolutely lovely people at that! Even very early in the morning, (when I am definitely not at my best,) there were several staff members available, who with pleasant smiling faces made it much easier for me to go on my way....
