"The microwave didn’t work, the heat and air didn’t work, half the outlets didn’t work, bathroom had mold on the ceiling and The staff didn’t respect my wishes of not having my room cleaned by them. They still came in and cleaned my room daily even witch the do not disturb sign. I had a catholic necklace stolen by one of the housekeepers that was given to me before my first deployment to Iraq. I’ve brought up ALL these issues to the manager and absolutely nothing was done about it. Terrible place and I wish I could have gotten a refund of some sort and was told that it wasn’t going to happen. They barely spoke the English language."

"This is our third stay at the Old Henry Location and this visit we have noticed some areas in the rooms that paint is peeling or dirty baseboard but all normal wear and tear on a hotel some scuff on cabinets etc they just need a better maintenance schedule. The bar down stairs is very nice as well as the large gathering area that families can use to play games or just sit and talk. The front desk staff is sometimes no place to be found especially during the day you have to wait sometime before someone comes out of the office. The parking is amazing as well as the proximity to grocery and major highways. We will be back again as the room size and location fit our family and our needs. Great shower heads and wonderful bathroom size."
