"Everything was wonderful except for one item. Your toilets are too short (small), and the seat won't stay up."

Had to wait an addtional hour before our rooms were ready.Everything else was nice and our room was clean.Just feel they need to hire more housekeeping staff. ..."

"Cool historic building with great design concept. Only problems are lack of soundproofing so you hear everything and 2 large windows in bathroom so shades have to stay closed for privacy and no natural light. Top down shades would have been way better"
