"The room was fine - very spacious. Very friendly staff. Cooked breakast good although if you wanted something smaller or healthier, no prepared fruit or croissants. Being just outside Lymington, a lovely little town and the New Forest close by, it was a very convenient place to stay"

"The Thatched Eaves is now our No. 1 choice for a place to stay near the New Forest. We stayed in the Cedar Suite which was beautifully appointed, modern and stylish with a lovely outlook over the garden, and it was spotlessly clean. Alice & Andrew were the perfect hosts, and breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning soon."
