"Rooms were very clean. Family Friendly, son enjoyed the indoor pool multiple times during our visit. Staff were quick and friendly. This visit we had some loud guests above us so rooms not super sound insulated but would still definitely return."

"there was no soap in the shower soap dispenser; shampoo full. a convention was there and they took up almost all of the staff time and efforts. You were a little 2nd tier if you were a tourist couple. Also, pls send me an itemized statement of my bill ; front desk refused to provide one. they told ..."
