The reason to stay was not good is because we were told by the manager at the hotel that they would let us back in at a later time because we had already booked to get into the room. After explaining that we would be out late the manager then told us that she would be up late in order to let us in because the locks weren’t working and when we got back around 2 AM, 1:30 AM She was nowhere to be found and we were locked out of the hotel the whole day. I even had to find a new hotel and purchase a room for over $300 probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever had

Contacted property owner after no information was provided for access to the building. Owner stated she did not have my information/reservation. I texted her a screen capture of the confirmation. She stated she would call back and hung up. I arrived at the property and waited for approximately 30 minutes for the callback. During this time, I witnessed three drug transactions, one prostitute working the corner and had an individual walking by stop and urinate on my front tire. I called back the owner who stated she still had not found my reservation but would try to get a room cleaned up if I wanted it. I am a 48-year-old male in excellent shape traveling with my 22 year-old Marine son. We both decided it would be unsafe for both the car and ourselves to stay. We wasted that booking money and found another location... you should to.
