We were not told we were upgraded to a buffet breakfast and went to the bistro breakfast. There seemed to be a lack of communication. The balcony was in terrible condition. Probably because of expected renovations but not great to look at.

The day of check in I received a call there were renovations being done and that our reservation was transferred to the Hilton Fallsview.
