Very comfortable and well maintained hotel in a fabulous location, right on the waterfront, where large ships pass by. Great staff, friendly and helpful. This is how a hotel should be run! Nice outdoor pool, too.

I love staying here when in Newcastle. The location on the waterfront but close to city restaurants is perfect. The rooms ( suites) are the best layout I have encountered, with a kitchen bench and sink, comfortable sofa and desk opening up to a well appointed bedroom with plenty of room for bags and a large en-suite with lots of bench space to hold all your bits and pieces so they don’t get lost or left behind.

The room was freshly renovated with nice view. Property really well located however I had a room on the first floor in between rooms being renovated. Builders were working there the whole time...woken up by hammering and my planned afternoon sleep on Saturday afternoon not possible due to drilling. Staff lovely and valet parking very easy.

Very clean room, with all we required. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had Happy Hour drinks and a nice meal. The outside dining/drinks area is lovely with heaters and water views. Would have loved a swim in the pool if it hadn’t been winter!
