"Whilst I had a balcony room, the balcony hadn’t had previous guests bottles cleared away. Bed was clean - generally room felt a bit grimy. Tap was disgusting. No towels. Hotel feels generally dirty and run down. £15 for a small bottle of beer and a bottle of cider"
