"Very clean, friendly and great location for what I needed"

"Property was very dated. The chain continuously came off the toilet causing the water to run. Water backed up in the tub during the showers and would not drain. Reception clerk stated yes we know we have been having problems. We are planning on being updated. We were to have a continental breakfast. There was coffee and tea only. Sheets had staining. "The restaurant on property was great. Rooms were very clean. Surprisingly quiet being on one of the main roads. Evening walks were a plus"

"Located in Carlisle off I-81. Good and bad. Easy to find. Restaurants near by. Extreme traffic noise 24/7. Big trucks racing by all night. Since the exit is right there, trucks use their loud engine brakes to slow down. The hotel advertises breakfast, but a bird couldn't survive on what they offer. The coffee was good though."

"Only issue we had was tv kept buffering the night we checked in And I dint have any luck finding just different tv shows What you got on is all you watched That could have been due to the weather because it looked stormy"

"There was hair in the bathroom, only shampoo with no conditioner, no blow dyer. The room had a musty smell. They also charged a refundable 50 dollars for the room. That was not disclosed on Expedia. We also had a lovely view of the dumpster out of our window. Our sheets were stained. Charging a refundable 50 fee when the room was not up to far seems unfair it should be the other way around after I had to clean up the halr in the bathroom."

"Multiple issues with the room"

"The shower leaked and because it was a roll in shower it came into the bathroom floor. We had to put towels down to prevent slipping. Definitely a liability. Then we did find dried blood on the wall near the bathroom door. Unfortunately we didn't find that until the day we left or I would have asked for another room. Then the second day when my husband went to get ice, he couldn't get back in the room because the key cards did not work. It was not a very pleasant stay. Price was good, but I...

"I checked in online but still had to go to the desk when I got there to get my room key. There were 4 people checking-in in front of me. Each check in took over 5 minutes. I stood there for over 30 minutes waiting to check-in. Then we got our room key and went to our room. It was dirty. Clearly never wiped down. Nobody had turned any in, but the housekeeping staff went to her room immediately to do another sweep and found them hidden behind the TV monitor and plugged into the outlet, looking like a small TV or internet control box that I personally would not have ever taken for a hearing aid container. "The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Needs a little remodel but was clean. Only stayed one night but price and lication was great for our stay. Wish there was some vending machine with drinks and snacks to purchase. I would stay here again!! "
