"I needed a very simple room that was inexpensive for my stay while my dog was going to have surgery at WSU Veterinary Hospital. The kind woman that was at the check-in desk could not have been kinder to me. My dog passed away before ever getting to the surgery and I ended up staying an extra night before I took the 7 Hour drive home. She could not have been more understanding and caring. That meant a great deal to me, especially when I was traveling alone and faced such an unexpected tragedy....
