"Great room, comfortable bed, great attention to detail (eg. Night lights, torch),had a city view but overlooked a building site below but they refunded us the upgrade we’d paid without an issue. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast outstanding. Slow service at poolside (half an hour wait for a drink). Umbrellas on offer to use as it was raining hard. Surprised when came to payment as a service charge was also added along with the taxes. Don’t think this was mentioned when we booked on...

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Merchant Court. It is well located near Clarke Quay & the Singapore River. The MRT is nearby. The swimming pool is great for those looking to swim or play with their kids in the water. My daughter enjoyed the gym and the sauna. Accommodation is comfortable with good airconditioning- important in Singapore -, quality beds, and this time, refurbished bathrooms. It is well priced for what it offers."

"Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind sogar für Singapur Verhältnisse sehr klein. Dennoch war alles sauber und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück dagegen war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Auf gar keinen Fall war das für ein 5 Sterne Hotel gerechtfertigt. Hervorzuheben gilt es einen Poolmitarbeiter dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter junger Mann. Alles in allem gibt es in Singapur im 5 Sterne Segment bei Weitem bessere...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Warehouse Hotel, but we were disappointed in the lack of electrical outlets for phones, computers, iPads, hairdryer etc etc. The room was also very dark, with poor lighting. The shower/bathtub arrangement was poorly designed. The staff were wonderful. "

"Funanモールの4階にあり、買い物や食事、タクシーの利用などにとても便利でした。 お部屋は狭いですが、清潔でしたし寝るだけなら充分です。 一点、お手洗いとシャワーが一緒なのは良いのですが、ドアがきっちりと閉まるタイプではなくて少し隙間がある感じなので、利用中の音が気になりましたw 私は娘との利用だったのでいいのですが、お友達同士や彼、彼女だとちょっとね？"

"The only thing I would say is that the gym is far too hot for a proper run or workout. That was a shame. The staff were super at the hotel + the lovely waiter in the lower floor who spoke to me about teas, the reception staff who printed our documents out and the staff in the lobby making sure we were clear on what we needed in terms of directions, grabs etc"

"This was a fabulous location right in the downtown Singapore close to orchard road with breakfast every day. The quality of the hotel was first rate the rooms had everything including very good toiletries and extremely comfortable beds. It was thoughtfully laid out a small fridge for cold water. It exceeded our expectations."
