Khách sạn Ngọc Quang , Xuân Hòa

"This was one of the most confusing stays I have ever had, firstly communication from the park was great at first and then more and more and more.. the contact loves a good information flood on WhatsApp So I thought I had all the information I could need, but quickly realised I actually knew nothing. Google does not tell you much about the resort apart from poor reviews on restaurants, but I could not find a mart, shops, anything really? There is no information about the resort available, I...

"Air conditioner did not work on the entire floor. Amenities are hidden and hard to find/access Staff was not as helpful as other hotels we stayed at. We were unable to reach anyone using the hotel room phone for room service. We had to go down to the lobby for any assistance and to order room service."

"Lovely hotel, room was delightful."

"helpful stuff thank you for all your support!"

"Clean, bare bones, safe and quiet hotel facility in a convenient location at a very low price. "

"Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am. However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. "

"Stayed here for my wedding. Staff were gracious, kind and very responsive. Loved this place!"

"If owner can remodel the shower room, I would vote it 10/10 for everything! Room is spacious and great views. I love it."

"Good environment and recreational hotel with activities: archery, boating, fishing, swimming etc. Karaoke is a bit noisy. There is no shop or restaurant nearby, cannot call grab, you can only eat in hotel, price and taste is ok. Staff is helpful."

"Tốt so với giá tiền. Sẽ quay lại"

"Iso siisti huone."
