Next morning the manager came knocking on our door claiming we did not have a reservation but luckily I had receipts having booked and prepaid via Expedia ..."

"The Air conditioning was broken. They had to change me a room two× one was because the rain coming inside the room and the other one was because the air conditioner was not working, but the staff do what they supposed to do to make me comfortable. Thank you."
