"Our one night stay in the Stable Suite was absolutely wonderful, however, we should have stayed longer. Chris & Jenna are the perfect hosts. So much thought and love went into the Cartier Mansion and their attention to detail is impeccable. Breakfast did not disappoint. I look forward to staying with them again. You're basically steps from the beach—seriously, you can hear the waves and smell the fresh air the second you step outside. Location is fantastic if you want that classic shoreline vibe without breaking the bank. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. "This is our second time staying here, we just love this hotel. The hotel has a great restaurant with a fantastic view of the lake, great hot breakfastcwith lots of choices, pool and hot tub are great! Hot tub is huge with in and out areas. Bonfire comfy chairs and an outdoor bar that wasnt open yet, but looks great. This hotel is literally on the beach Quiet, great decor and clean"

"TV didn't work and they were going to put us up on the 2nd floor even there wasn't hardly anyone there on the 1st floor. I said why don't you just up-grade us and they said it was because we got the room from your site nothing could be done. They finally found us a room on the other side of the hotel and we had to pack up and move. There was no paper in the room about the WiFi password and I called the front office. I let it ring @ least 12 to 14 times and no one answered. I had to leave...

"Very affordable motel essentially right in downtown within walking distance to everything. Clean room, good staff. Complementary breakfast does not run during the non-summer off-season, but all the other amenities and professionalism make it worth it at its good good price. Plus, you'll want to just walk downtown for a coffee or a muffin. Would recommend and would happily stay here again."
