"The hotel is beautiful with beautiful views of the city if you have a high enough room. The rooms were nice size with a great bathroom. The bar is very nice and friendly staff"

"The breakfast was good. Room was clean. However I messaged hotel before arrival to ask for a walk-in shower. They assured me our room had one. It was a bath with shower over. As a couple in our 70s I am not comfortable using such a shower as I am not that sure on my feet. That meant I was unable to shower during my stay."

"Construction made finding the entrance harder. In pedestrian zone so need to wheel bags a bit, but very convenient for seeing the old town and funicular train and cable car to top of Innsbruck. Rooms huge and very comfortable. Like themes with historic people who stayed there in the past."

The room was not so good the air conditioning was taped off and the only option was on at the preset temperature or off. It wasn’t even possible to quieten the fan at night so you have to live with the noise or turn it off and open the window.
