"There wasn’t a lot of hot food for breakfast.. the staff at night had her head down when we went to check in. She had to be woken up to check us in. The room smelt like cigarettes even though it should have been non-smoking. Tile broken in the elevator. And the room had water damage in the bathroom. Maintenance definitely not kept up. "

"saved in room 320. I am new to the area out of town and was attending a funeral. If i was not cash strapped; i woukd have left immediately. I am totally upset with the my room. The best thing about place is the breakfast buffet, parking, and staff. . "I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."
