"For starters, our car was stolen from the driveway the night we stayed there. In the morning, staff arrived and did not care that we were waiting for our ride after filing a police report, they insisted we had to leave the property regardless. I attempted to contact the owners of the property to see if they can help us with camera footage for the vehicle theft, and they refused to return my call. "We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!"
