"This place has the worst bed bug infestation I’ve ever seen in my life and I used to live in NYC. The staff had clearly been told this before and didn’t care. They refused to refund me even though I only spent an hour there and offered to give me a gift certificate for another stay, but I will never set foot in there again and would recommend you avoid it at all costs. The staff are well aware of the infestation and DO NOT CARE that it will spread to anyone who stays there. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they met each of our needs with a smile. Breakfast was simple, but sustainable with hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!"

"Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. "I was very happy with my queen suite room. There were two beds and a small pull out couch. The pull-out was behind a small partition so it actually felt like a separate space. That little space also came with a separate TV. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Unlike other hotels, the bathroom felt far enough away from the beds that it felt as though there was actually some privacy. The shower came with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The towels were soft and absorbent....
