"We enjoyed staying at the Element Chelmsford because it was quiet, the staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable, along with the bed and the breakfast was great. In addition, we appreciated the free charging - we have a plug-in hybrid. The only suggestion is to have sturdier pillows."
