"No soap, our body wash was in the bottles called down to front office and no one answered"

"Staff was friendly but also had a child behind the counter which is not professional. Tile in hallway area was cracked and coming up... could have easily tripped on it or cut myself. Bathtub was awful. cracked and funky grout, broken drain revealing really gross plumbing down in the drain. Toilet paper holder was falling off the cabinet that it used to be mounted to. I used to love this hotel and have been staying there for years whenever I would come to Dickinson on business, but now I think I will start booking a different hotel. "

"As always the property was very well kept and the room was clean. The jets were even clean when I ran them no gunk came out of them (that’s why I love the place ) the exterior door for my room made my pet friendly stay even better for walks! Love that Bubba stays free with me. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool area. Breakfast could use some improvement but I am not going to nitpick about that when everything else is spectacular!"

"Absolutely love staying here! Here for work about once a month and stay here every time. It’s clean, quiet and has amazing and clean hot tubs! There are different kinds and they have powerful jets. Feel refreshed after every trip here. Warning though, the jets are powerful so your book might get wet if you’re trying to read with them on. Lol"

"The room was very clean. Bed was really comfortable. The the pillows were excellent. Staff was great and helpful. I will return to this place when I'm in Bismark. "

"What a great find! This is a very well kept hotel and the central courtyard makes it a very pleasant environment. The courtyard is off limits after 11 pm, so no worries there if you want a room with a courtyard balcony. The fitness room was adequate, with mostly cardio equipment a bench and dumbbells some machine for legwork would be a great addition. There is plenty of shopping and lots of restaurants. We tried Himalayan Yak and loved it."

"I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy. Dust, crumbs and garbage under both beds as well as the frames/boxsprings being broken. Gatherings of hair and food crumbs in the coners and along the walls. Ramen noodles and silly string behind the main door. Soda spray on the wall and light fixture above the sink. Stuff leaking out from the exposed side of the extremely loud heater/fan unit. The inside of the coffee maker was disgusting. The sliding door going out to the "balcony" had been previously broken and a piece of metal was screwed into the frame to "keep it from opening" but was still able to open and not secure. We asked about their dry cleaning service and were directed to a flyer taped on a desk that was in spanish(?) the phone number did not work. No ironing board in the room. Our cards to enter the room had to be "recharged" atleast 4 times, the batteries in the card reader on the door had to be replaced, the door itself stuck when trying to enter or exit the room (we were told that it was going to fixed on day 2 but it was not). There was no phone provided in our room. The hotel had what seemed like minimal directions at the hallways intersections which caused us to get lost mant times in the first 2 days. The reviews were better at the time I made the reservation but things obviously went downhill by the time we arrived for our stay. "
