"We were unhappy with the quality of the room. The issues were as follows: The floors and bathroom were dirty with mould inside and outside the shower. The cistern was cracked with what appeared to be attempts to glue it back together. The bedding and one of the towels was stained. The upper cupboards where the glasses were stored upside down were dirty with dust and dirt touching the glasses. We found a dead cockroach in one of the lower drawers.
