"Room was clean bed was comphy. Bathroom could use alittle update. Over all would stay again."

"The room was dingy. There was no television. The air conditioner was not working. The staff member was enclosed in a stall to protect her from criminals. I talked to her through a hole in the glass. When I reported these problems to Expedia, the woman on the line basically called me a liar. She said she checked with the hotel, and the staff disputed my statements. Why would I lie? We did not stay there. We booked another hotel. The hotel was not supposed to charge me until I arrived at...

"The room was clean the only couple of things that were not up to par was the blinds on the windows they were broken and served no purpose. The tub drain was broken & the water didn't go down while showering, & the worst for me was the AC wasn't working properly couldn't control anything on it. Other than that our stay was enjoyable and would return if the issues mentioned get fixed. The motel was very convenient to where my husband & I needed to go."

"Very nice and quiet. I ended up getting the same room I had for my birthday. The only complaint is that there’s a big gap under the door due to a botched repair job on the floor. Although the jacuzzi was clean, I do clean it myself as well. All it takes is a small amount of bleach, dawn soap (literally $4 at Walmart or Target nearby). The room is small and cozy. There’s microwaves and menus at the front desk. Remotes require a $10 cash deposit that is returned at checkout."
