"The staff were absolutely wonderful. The area that hotel was in was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The first full day I was there I was gone for 5 hours and left when the cleaning ladies were on my floor. When I returned 5 hours later, they still haven’t gotten to my room not had their carts moved several rooms. I would think a floor could be cleaned with 2 cleaning ladies within a 5 hour period. That and I found toenail clippings on the floor when I checked in."

"We enjoyed the hotel u til we went to sleep. Bed hard and the pillows, well honestly they looked comfortable but they were horrible. It was like laying your head on a deflating ballon. Will I stay at A Hilton resort in the future. The last 4 I’ve stayed at have been a major disappointment."

"Our room was beautifully decorated and tastefully updated. Property is on the gulf side of Key Largo, has a dock and beach area (perfect sunset location) as well as a pool. Convenient location with many food options near by. "

"The breakfast was freaking awesome, do not listen to the negatives. Fresh coffee, juices, toast, cereals, sausages, eggs, yogurt and fresh waffles. I’m not mentioning everything offered. GREAT GTREAT BREAKFAST. Not even continental, it’s an entire breakfast. Kudo to THE GARDEN INN. Also all the way to 9 o clock as well. 👏"
