"Friendly staff "

"Property could have been cleaner. The staff never did clean our room over a five day stay. They would tell you that if you had a Do Not Disturb sign on your door in the early mornings, they pass on cleaning your room unless requested. Just an excuse to justify not cleaning the room. Also found stuff on the floor from the previous lodgers. Hilton Gardens has been removed from my future lodging list."

"We had an amazing weekend when we stayed here for my son’s birthday. They have the perfect beach area with lounge chairs and a little tiki picnic table, they also have a barbecue area with picnic tables. A nice pool, however, the pool closed at 7:45 PM. Other than that, the grounds were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They also have kayaks that you can use right on the property."

"Very clean, cute little street of cottages, hammocks, places to sit and chill, nice small beach area with layout chairs and tikis for shade, you can buy ice or do laundry and free coffee, juice and packaged sweets for breakfast. We had the sweetest girl that helped us a lot and was very patient with us while we tried to figure out the paddle boards and kayaks on site. Only suggestions are to put hooks to hang beach towels/swimsuits in cottages, make sure paddle boards are usable because they...

"It was very clean, well maintained and charming.The staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast was perfect. Room and bathroom were pretty small for the price but it meet our needs for a 1 night stay."

"I loved everything, all areas are clean, but the public bathroom needs some cleaning work. Besides that, everything was better than I expected. We rented a boat for an hour with captain Kevin, and he showed us the area. We saw some dolphins. The food and drinks are delicious. There’s music all day. Great place for a weekend getaway "

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we encountered a loud party late at night, we went downstairs to complain at 10:53 PM, only to be told they couldn't check on the issue until after 11:00 PM. This policy felt wild and unprofessional, especially when noise disturbances are often time-sensitive. At 2:00 AM, the party was still going strong. "We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover between Florida Keys and Titusville. The hotel is motel style, with ample free parking near your room, check-in was quick and easy. The hotel room was spacious with a large and comfy King Bed, Large TV, Seating area with desk/table, fridge and microwave. The room was clean and nicely decorated. "Staff was very nice but the room was so so. I stepped out of the shower then back in and the water coming off my feet was black. Best guess the grey floors had not been cleaned in a month or more. Unfortunately we probably will not return and that’s a shame since we hit the keys a few times a year."
