"For first-time visitors, the campus can be a little confusing to navigate, but it's easy to get the hang of it after a short time. The rooms are a bit dated, but everything—especially the bathrooms—is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great value. We stayed in one of the units without air conditioning, and it wasn't an issue at all. The evenings by the lake were cool and pleasant, making for a comfortable stay."

"Loved the quietness. Very relaxing and close to the Ticonderoga ferry on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side. The owners are very nice. Serves a fabulous breakfast every morning. Has a bar on property as it is a pub and offers food only Thursday to Sunday for an extra cost for those staying at the Inn and some locals in the area. "The room was clean, but had a strong artificial perfume scent, as if Fabreze had been sprayed on everything, including my pillow! It may have been from scented detergent or scented dryer sheets. It was overwhelming and as I am very sensitive to scents, I hated it. They should NOT use scented anything in a motel room. Impossible to get away from! "
