"Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie im Angeboten beschrieben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Einzig eine Garderobe und ein Zahnputzbecher haben gefehlt. Aber die Jacken gingen direkt in den Schrank und eine Kaffeetasse wurde umfunktioniert. Dankeschön und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!! "

"Das Zimmer für 5 Personen war sehr klein. Die Betten waren ca 140cm breit und es wurde nur eine Bettdecke zur Verfügung gestellt. Als ich nachfragte, ob wir bitte eine zweite Bettdecke haben können - erhielt ich die Antwort, dass nur eine Bettdecke vorgesehen ist … ? Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Man konnte kaum schlafen, da es im Flur bzw. die anderen Zimmer bis 04:00 morgens sehr laut waren. Die Gegend jedoch ist sehr schön."

"We visit London every year, and this has been our best accommodation experience so far. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Its location is excellent. Just steps from the Tower of London and within easy walking distance of Tower Hill, Bank, and Monument stations. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and black cabs are readily available just outside Cheval. Highly recommended."

"Although on pictures the room looked immaculate, in person this was not the case. The shower floor was dirty, the towels smelt really bad. The room didn’t feel clean, bed was really uncomfortable and woke up with white fluff all over my socks and pj’s. There was no running hot water in the bathroom and although I WhatsApped the team, they said maintenance would come the next day, by then I was checking out! Room was absolutely noisy, dont know what was beeping and making noise but I would not...
