"I would highly recommend a stay at this B/W Plus hotel. The room was very clean and a good size; all members of the staff were courteous and helpful. Essentially, nothing to complain about."

"Beautiful updated rooms but the pullout couch needs another topper ( witch can be added separately).Springs literally poking through. The couch is great to sit on and very nice but sleeping is unbearable. Staff was amazing , especially Saturday morning shift ! One of the best service I have seen ! "

"I was assigned a room, but there was a plumbing issue. I was moved immediately to another larger room and charged the same price, which I thought was fair and generous. "

"Continental breakfast was nice, had some good options of both easy hot items and quick grab and go items. The room was lovely, i really liked the comfort of the bed and the sliding door to separate the bed from the rest of the room. Staff were friendly and pleasant to speak with. Elevators had a weird smell."

"Malik was very friendly upon check in. The room was very clean and the motel is just steps away from a few restaurants. A mere 5 minute drive to Victoria International Airport is also a big plus. "
