"Let's first address the 'parking fee', it says you will be charged $22-$25 per day, who or what determines which you'll be charged? It cost us $49 to park at the hotel for 2 nights (which included a $1.50 per day 'service fee'. Next, we did not ask for an ADA room, yet we got one. The bathtub did not have a non-slip mat (was very dangerous) and the shower head barely covered my 5'1" height! With all the 'tourist' and other unexpected fees, we will NOT be staying with Hyatt again!"
